The Foundation is a focused engagement built around psychometric assessment and personalized coaching. Following an initial consultation, we determine the right combination of assessments for your specific situation and goals.

 

DISC measures how you communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure, and where those tendencies create friction or build trust with the people around you. Different versions address leadership behavior, emotional intelligence, and motivators depending on what the engagement requires.

 

CliftonStrengths identifies your dominant talent themes and shows how they operate as genuine advantages when understood and applied deliberately, and where they become liabilities when they are not.

 

Hogan assesses your professional reputation, the values that drive your decisions, and the derailers that emerge under stress at the moments that matter most. When feedback from eight to fifteen colleagues, managers, and stakeholders would add meaningful organizational context, the Hogan 360 is available at an additional investment.

 

Six to eight coaching sessions translate assessment results into a personalized development plan built around your specific goals, role demands, and the patterns costing you the most right now.

 

The Foundation is the right starting point for leaders who want clarity before committing to a longer engagement, and for organizations evaluating a coaching relationship before expanding it across a team or practice group.

NeuroLUCID™ Coaching Catalyst

A focused engagement for a specific inflection point.

 

Some situations require concentrated, high-impact work on one defined challenge rather than a broad developmental arc.

 

The Catalyst is designed for leaders navigating a specific inflection point: preparing for a promotion or stepping into one, developing the executive presence and influence a more senior role demands, building the communication and persuasion skills to pitch, present, and negotiate with authority, addressing a performance or credibility challenge that needs to be resolved rather than managed, or strengthening the relationships and influence required to lead effectively at a new level.

 

Six to eight sessions are structured entirely around your situation, and evidence-based tools and modalities are brought in as the work requires. The engagement ends when the defined challenge has been addressed and you have the strategies and habits to sustain the shift independently.

 

This is the right engagement if you know exactly what is not working and you are ready to address it with the same rigor and discipline you bring to everything else.

NeuroLUCID™ Coaching

Twelve to twenty-four sessions over six to twelve months.
The work moves through all three intelligences. How you think and make decisions under pressure. How your behavioral patterns show up in your leadership, your relationships, and your results. And how to build the physiological and psychological foundation that makes consistent high performance sustainable without the cost that sustained high performance usually extracts.


From the first session, evidence-based strategies for time management, energy management, and nervous system regulation are built into the engagement and calibrated to your specific patterns and demands. This is not stress management as a supplement to the real work. It is the infrastructure that makes the real work possible and the results durable.


The behavioral science of pattern change informs every session. We work at the level of conditioned responses, not just conscious intention. That distinction is why the results are different from what other engagements have produced.

NeuroLUCID™ Coaching Immersive 

Everything in the coaching engagement, compressed into two to three days.

 

The Immersive is a private retreat experience for leaders who need concentrated, immersive work rather than sessions distributed across a calendar, or who integrate best through depth and continuity rather than incremental progress over time.
The days are structured around your specific situation and goals. Assessment work, coaching, and evidence-based stress management and nervous system regulation techniques are woven throughout. Where appropriate and requested, additional modalities including hypnotherapy, breathwork, and sound healing are integrated into the experience. Everything is bespoke. Nothing is prescribed in advance of understanding what you specifically need.


Meals are integrated into the experience. Rest and integration time is built into each day because behavioral and nervous system change requires space to consolidate.


This option is available at a location of your choice or at a venue selected in collaboration with you. You leave with a complete picture of your patterns, a personalized development plan, and the regulation and performance tools to sustain the shifts after the retreat ends.
